1. Entry to the event is permitted only to holders of an entry ticket downloaded from the website www.hospitalityriva.it or purchased on site.
2. Visitor tickets are valid for one entry only. Tickets issued at the ticket counters may only be used on the day of purchase.
3. Visitors who, after checking at the fair, will be found without an entry ticket or with an invalid ticket or one that has not been validated at the turnstile will be liable to administrative penalties.
4. The entrance ticket stamped at the turnstiles will not be refunded for any reason (art. 74 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972). The ticket must be kept and shown in case of financial inspection whenever requested, and until the final exit.
5. Falsifying, revising and even buying falsified admission tickets for the event is an illegal conduct sanctioned by law.
6. It is forbidden to advertise in the internal/external areas of the exhibition centre by distributing and/or putting up posters, brochures and other material not regularly authorised by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi L.t.d.
7. Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the Exhibition Centre; violation of this requirement will be punished, in accordance with Art. 51 of Law 3/2003, published in the Official Gazette on 10 January 2005, with an administrative sanction of a minimum      of € 27.50 and a maximum of € 275.00. It should be noted that, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, the above penalty is doubled if the violation is committed in the presence of a pregnant woman, infants, or children up   to 12  years.   Please note that inside the Exhibition Centre there are special smoking areas.
8. Images, videos and sound recordings at the location made by the Ticket Holder with a camera, video camera or audio device may not be used except for domestic and private purposes. Therefore, the Ticket Holder may not sell, license for use, broadcast,  publish or otherwise exploit such material for commercial purposes. By entering the Exhibition Centre, the Ticket Holder enters a "place of a public nature". In this regard, RIVA DEL GARDA FIERECONGRESSI SPA informs you that, with its own personnel  and/or professionals specifically appointed and recognisable thanks to the special badge, it will proceed to acquire photographic images and/or video footage in order to document and promote the event on its website and on any other printed and digital  information support. In the event that the Ticket Holder does not wish to be photographed and/or filmed in a recognisable manner and/or that the minor he/she is accompanying and for whom he/she is responsible is not, he/she is requested to notify  the operator. The Ticket Holder shall not be entitled to any remuneration or compensation whatsoever for the use of the aforementioned materials.
9. It is forbidden to bring in animals of any kind, except dogs for people with disabilities. We believe that the trade fair is not the most suitable environment for animals. Furthermore, at Hospitality, there are many stands dedicated to the food sector  and it is therefore important to preserve hygiene.
10. At the fair it is STRONGLY FORBIDDEN: to sit down or lie down on the ground, throw waste of any kind on the ground, create disorder or confusion in the pavilions, cause any kind of disturbance to exhibitors or visitors. Anyone who violates one or  more    of the above prohibitions may be removed from the exhibition centre.
11. Riva del Garda Fierecongressi L.t.d. reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the Events and/or Events scheduled in its calendar. In the event of cancellation and/or rescheduling of an Event and/or Exhibition, Riva del Garda Fierecongressi L.t.d.     may or may not refund entrance tickets already purchased by the Visitor. In case of reimbursement of the entrance ticket, the same will be done according to the terms and conditions established by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi L.t.d.  itself.
